Thank you for your interest in Theta Photography.
My name is Theo and I started Theta Photography a few years ago with the intent of making a living doing something that I'm passionate about. If you're wondering about the name, I chose it mostly for practical reasons - as my surname is Ntogiakos which is quite unpronounceable for most native English speakers - but also because Theta is the first letter of my name in Greek!
The purpose of this website is to showcase my photography and give you some information about me and what I offer.
Before going any further it is probably a good idea to get the boring - but important - details out of the way first. I use a couple of 21 Mega-pixel Canon 5D Mark II's with a selection of professional lenses (mostly Canon L-series lenses for you photography geeks!), flashes and other accessories. I have a number of spare batteries for all my equipment and more memory cards than I could ever use in a day. I have backups for all my gear and usually backups of backups as well. I am fully insured with two million pounds public and products liability and seventy five thousand pounds indemnity insurance. I also have a comprehensive breakdown cover in the unlikely event that I need it to get to your venue!
Finally, I usually work alone, but on occasion I might have an assistant/2nd photographer with me, but don't worry, there's no extra charge for that!
Right... that wasn't too bad, was it? Boring bit over, on to - hopefully - more interesting stuff!
